Refund Policy

Billing isn’t live yet — this describes the intended policy once paid subscriptions launch, not a currently-enforced one.
1. Free Trial
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within 14 days of the initial charge or renewal. After 14 days, annual charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless it falls under Section 2 or 3 above.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@murmurmusic.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
