Tidepool 0.1.25
For Apple Silicon Macs, macOS 13+. Tidepool installs and updates Phosphor (the synth you knew as MURMUR), Undertow and the other MURMUR plugins (all in beta).
Install
Click Update Tidepool when Tidepool offers 0.1.25, then install. New here? Download Tidepool from murmurmusic.ai.
What's new since 0.1.24
- The install warning sits beside Download All. When a DAW is open, the batch install prompt opens right where you clicked, next to Download All, instead of under the top bar. While it is open the plugin count and search step aside to make room; Download All stays on one line.
- Shorter warnings, details on tap. Warnings lead with one line, such as "Logic Pro X is open. Quit it after installing." or "Phosphor installed. Restart Logic Pro X to load it." An (i) glyph expands the full explanation: why a running DAW keeps the old plugin in memory, plugins versus the app, and queue order. Tapping (i) never answers or closes the prompt.
- Your Macs is hidden for now. The Account card listing your Macs and the Settings button to deactivate this Mac are out of sight until machine registration is settled. Nothing about your licence or activations changes.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| The install prompt is in the way | It closes with the x or Esc, and reopens from Download All or Update all |
| A plugin says Restart your DAW | Quit and reopen the DAW. It keeps the old plugin in memory until then |
| Learn, Account or Community is missing | They roll out by account. The catalog, Settings and the website have everything in them |
| Repair says Queued | Installs run one at a time. It starts when the one before it finishes |
