Beta build for Apple Silicon Macs (M1/M2/M3/M4), macOS 13+, Logic Pro.

A small update to 1.8.8's rack. The sound and the screens are unchanged; this build adds the Tidepool sign-in check that every MURMUR plugin now shares.

Install

1. Open Tidepool and sign in. It installs MURMUR and licenses it for you, so there is no key to paste.
2. Or download MURMUR-1.8.9-macOS-arm64.pkg from GitHub Releases and double-click it.
3. Quit Logic completely, reopen.
4. Settings → Plug-in Manager → Reset & Rescan Selection.
5. Software Instrument track → AU Instruments → Murmur → MURMUR.

What's new since 1.8.8

• Tidepool sign-in check. MURMUR checks in with Tidepool to confirm your licence. If it has not managed to for 7 days, the face blurs and asks you to sign in to Tidepool; you get a warning a couple of days before. Audio keeps playing the whole time, so a session never goes silent. This is switched off for now and will be turned on from our side.
