Activate your license

Sign in to Tidepool

After you set your password, download Tidepool from murmurmusic.ai/downloads, open it and sign in. Tidepool activates every plugin on your account and writes each plugin's licence, so the plugins never ask for a key.

If a plugin says you're not signed in

Open Tidepool and check you're signed in, then reopen the plugin. If Tidepool says you are not entitled to a product, it isn't on the account yet. Ask CRO to /whale grant you@ murmur|undertow|cast.

Support will only ever ask for the last four characters of your key (murmurmusic.ai/keys). Never paste the full key into Slack or Discord.
